GovCrow is a free search site for open federal bids. People come to it to find work in their trade, which makes it a good place for businesses that serve contractors to be seen.

Who this is for

Suppliers and equipment dealers, bonding and insurance agents, accountants and bookkeepers, estimating and bid-writing help, payroll and software for contractors, and certification or training providers.

What a sponsor spot looks like

A small, plainly labeled box with your business name, one or two sentences and a link. Spots appear in these places:

• On the home page, under “Closing soon.”
• In the search results, once after every 20 bids.
• In the site footer, as a line of text.

Our ground rules

• Every sponsor spot is labeled “Sponsored.” It is never made to look like a bid or like our own content.
• A sponsor is not an endorsement. We don’t vouch for any sponsor’s products, services or claims, and we are not affiliated with any government agency.
• No tracking. We don’t use ad networks, ad trackers or cookies, and we don’t collect personal information about visitors. We can’t offer visitor profiles or targeted ads. We will not sell or hand over visitor data, because we don’t have any.
• No misleading ads. We turn down ads that look official, imply a government connection, promise bid wins, or are unlawful or deceptive. We can decline or remove any sponsor spot.
• Honest numbers. We won’t quote traffic or results that we can’t back up.
